Whether your goal is to better your overall fitness, gain strength, drop body fat, increase lean muscle or simply move better, our one-on-one training program is a great way to get there. Sessions are scheduled around your schedule and take place in our fully equipped gym, with over 5 trainers; you’ll reach your goals in no time. Includes:

  • Resistance Training program
  • Cardio program
  • Nutrition program
  • Supplement profile
  • 2-4 one-on-one training sessions per week

 

A personalized program is established during an initial 75-minute consultation. Program modifications are made on a regular basis to ensure the client is working towards their goals in a timely and safe fashion.
