Kevin Fletcher is one of the best trainers I have had. He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. Kevin trained me through many competitions and I always came home with 'hardware'. More importantly, I learned how to eat for competition and also eat a proper diet (which I continue today) as well as how to train to get the most out of the time in the gym. Kevin helped me change the way I think about food and exercise. Now that I am not competing I am able to eat a 'healthy' diet and train hard so I can do all the other things in life I enjoy - like travel and play golf.
